Terms

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms describe how you may use AfterStream. AfterStream is currently preparing for Private Beta, and access to the product may be limited while it is being developed and tested. These Terms cover the AfterStream website and the AfterStream product. They do not cover Twitch's or Kick's own terms of service — review those separately for how they govern your use of their platforms.

Using AfterStream

AfterStream is a post-stream workspace for Twitch and Kick creators. You submit a completed Twitch or Kick VOD, and AfterStream analyzes it to help you understand what happened, identify moments worth reviewing, and prepare content such as clips, thumbnails, titles, hooks, and captions.

AfterStream recommends. You decide what to preview, edit, copy, download, or publish — AfterStream does not automatically publish anything on your behalf.

Accounts

You sign in to AfterStream using a sign-in link sent to your email address rather than a password. Each AfterStream account is associated with one email address, and you're responsible for access to that email address and any active sign-in session. You may optionally connect a Twitch or Kick account, and disconnect it at any time.

Submitted content

You choose which completed Twitch or Kick streams to submit to AfterStream. AfterStream processes the metadata and chat activity from a stream you submit to identify highlight moments and generate related content, such as clips, thumbnails, summaries, titles, hooks, and captions.

AI-generated outputs

Depending on the stream, AfterStream may generate content such as a stream summary, explanations of why a moment matters, clip and thumbnail previews, YouTube title suggestions, and TikTok hooks and captions. These are recommendations meant to help you decide what to post next. AfterStream does not guarantee that a moment will perform well, grow your audience, or increase engagement, and does not publish anything on your behalf.

Third-party services

AfterStream integrates with Twitch and Kick, uses OpenAI to help generate stream summaries and content suggestions, Resend to deliver private beta waitlist acknowledgements, private beta invitations, sign-in emails, and processing notifications, and Cloudflare to provide website infrastructure and help protect forms from automated abuse. These providers have their own terms and policies that may apply to their services. AfterStream is not endorsed by, partnered with, or affiliated with Twitch, Kick, OpenAI, Resend, or Cloudflare.

Private Beta and waitlist

You may join the AfterStream private beta waitlist by providing your email address. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular invitation date, or continued availability of the Private Beta.

If you receive access, the product will still be evolving — features, processing behavior, and availability may change, and you may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or occasional downtime. AfterStream does not currently guarantee continuous availability or a specific processing time for any stream.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your AfterStream account. As described on our Privacy page, this removes your account, connected-platform records, notification preferences, and submitted streams from AfterStream.

Changes to these Terms

AfterStream may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
